We’re growing — and with that growth comes an opportunity to bring a new voice into the Minto team.

We’re currently looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join us full-time at our Inverurie studio. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who lives and breathes social, understands culture and platforms deeply, and wants to shape meaningful work for ambitious brands.

Why this role exists

Social has become central to how our clients show up, communicate and grow. As our client portfolio expands, we’re investing further in strategy-led, creatively confident social media — and we’re looking for someone who can help lead that charge day to day.

This isn’t a role about posting for the sake of it. It’s about thinking, crafting, and owning social media as a strategic channel.

The role at a glance

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Inverurie-based, with flexibility
  • Salary: £29,000–£35,000 (depending on experience)
  • Creative, collaborative agency environment

As our Social Media Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day social presence for multiple client accounts, acting as the bridge between strategy, creative and community.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading social media strategy across multiple client accounts
  • Creating and curating content, including copy, visuals and short-form video
  • Managing content calendars, campaigns and community engagement
  • Spotting trends early and translating them into meaningful ideas
  • Collaborating closely with designers and creatives
  • Building strong client relationships and confidently presenting ideas
  • Analysing performance and optimising based on insight

This is a role for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of social — and understands how the two work together.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely have:

  • At least one year’s experience in social media marketing (agency experience is a bonus)
  • A strong understanding of current platforms and emerging trends
  • Excellent written communication and a natural creative flair
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple accounts
  • Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine sense of ownership

Most importantly, you’ll care about doing good work and pushing ideas further.

You’re delivering confident, strategic social content that drives results, strengthens client relationships, and pushes our creative output forward — while growing your own skills alongside the team.
