Today is a mixed bag of emotions here at Minto. On one hand we are sorry to be losing our long standing colleague Sarah Chalmers. We’d like to wish her all the best in the future and hope to see her return soon.
Sarah has brought a unique brand of optimism and flair to her role and we’ll certainly miss her for as long as she is absent. However, she’s looking forward to welcoming a new family member soon and we hope she will drop in later this year as we can’t wait to meet the wee one!
However, we are thrilled to announce that we’ve hired Beverley Robertson to the role of Sales Administrator here at Minto. There we’re many worthy applicants but we believe that Beverley’s wealth of administrative experience, both in agency and industry, and her professional attitude are just two of her many exceptional attributes.
Welcome Beverley. We look forward to working with you.
Here are a few questions we put to Beverley to let you know a little more about her and her background.
I have just left Suez Recycling & Recovery (through TRSG) as an operations administrator, dealing with all data entry for all waste that comes onto site and making sure all weights were matched with waste tickets. I also organised all health and safety inductions for visitors, new starts and contractors and kept all HR admin up to date on the system and training matrix.
I originally started in customer sales once I had left school. I have always liked customer facing roles and meeting new clients. I have progressed over the last 7 years into the admin side and really enjoy speaking on the phone.
The job spec. had everything I have experienced over the last few years. I feel that I can add to the team some new ideas and a can-do positive attitude.
I’m looking forward to getting myself introduced to the team members and establishing a good working relationship. I’m excited to get myself familiar with the company systems and the client base that we deal with.
